Bupa put customers at the heart of everything they do. C360 is Bupa's new digital platform that utilises data to deliver personalised health advice for customers. We created an immersive interactive experience for Bupa employees to explore and engage – highlighting how we can use data to deliver a more personalised customer experience. This was showcased at their annual exhibition (as an interactive touch screen) and online for all 22,000 staff members.
